Tournament Costs

LOCAL TOURNAMENTS

I. PLAYER REGISTRATION

  • Single-Day Events: $100.00
  • Two-Day Events: $125.00

II. TRANSPORTATION

Parents are responsible for arranging their child's transportation to and from events.

Parents have the option to arrange transportation through Showtime for a daily fee of $50.

AWAY TOURNAMENTS

I. PLAYER REGISTRATION

  • Single-Day Events: $325.00
  • Two-Day Events: $450.00

II. FLIGHTS

Parents are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of flights.

If a player is flying with our staff, parents must provide a non-refundable $200 flight deposit. The final invoice will reflect the actual costs, which may be higher or lower than the initial deposit.

III. HOTELS

This cost is included in the player registration.

IV. MEALS

Parents are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of meals during tournaments.

Players who are not accompanied by a parent to a tournament will have their meal expenses billed to their Showtime account.

V. OTHER ACTIVITIES

Parents are responsible for covering the costs of activities outside of the event, such as visits to theme parks, movie outings, and similar attractions.

Players who are not accompanied by a parent to a tournament must have parental consent to participate in external activities, with the expenses for these activities billed to their Showtime account.

VI. UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

If a player travels with our staff in the absence of their parents, and we assume responsibility for them, an unaccompanied minor fee of $125 per day, with a maximum of $250 per trip will be billed to their Showtime account.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT

I. DEPOSIT AND AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE

Making a deposit secures your child's spot for the tournament and authorizes us to charge the remaining tournament fees using the card provided for the deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable, and are as follows:

  • Local Tournament: $50.00
  • Away Tournament: $150.00

II. REMAINING TOURNAMENT FEES

The remaining balance of the tournament fees, beyond the initial deposit, must be paid 4 weeks prior to local tournaments and 6 weeks prior to away tournaments.

This amount will be automatically charged to your payment method.

Any additional expenses incurred during the trip will be automatically billed and charged to your account.

III. LATE PAYMENTS

Payments made 5 days after the due date will incur a $50.00 late fee.
