1. ABOUT THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how Showtime Flag LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards the personal data of individuals who interact with our Online Services. “Online Services” refers to our websites, mobile applications, and any other digital platforms that link to this Privacy Policy.

Please note that this policy does not apply to data collection by third parties, including those linked to or accessible through our Online Services.

By using our Online Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

2. CHILDREN AND PARENTAL CONSENT

Our Online Services are not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. However, we offer programs specifically designed for minors, such as youth leagues, classes, camps, and other sporting events. In these cases, any request for personal data (e.g., name, birth date, grade, or school) is intended solely for parents or legal guardians.

Parental Consent. For activities in which minors under 18 may participate — such as leagues, classes, camps, or tournaments — we require the explicit consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. All registration data and other requested personal information for these activities must be provided by the parent or guardian.

Parental Rights & COPPA Compliance. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, please contact us at privacy@showtimeflag.com. We will promptly investigate and, if necessary, delete or anonymize such information. We will also take any additional steps required to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

3. PERSONAL DATA WE OBTAIN

To provide our programs and services effectively, we collect various types of personal data, each serving a unique purpose. Below are the categories of data we collect and their roles in delivering a high-quality, personalized experience.

We collect three main categories of information:

  • Information you provide

Information You Provide. This includes personal identification (e.g., names, ages, birth dates), contact information (e.g., email addresses, phone numbers), health or medical details (e.g., allergies, special care needs), payment data (e.g., credit card and billing info), and any feedback or communications you share with us.

Information We Gather When You Use Our Online Services. This includes log details (e.g., browser type, pages viewed, IP address), device information (e.g., hardware model, OS), and approximate location data derived from your IP address or similar usage patterns.

Information from Cookies and/or Third Parties. We may receive authentication details if you sign in via third-party services (e.g., name, email, profile picture), performance and usage data from analytics providers, and marketing/advertising data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

For Customer Support. We retain communication records to address inquiries and improve our service quality.

To Understand User Behavior. Aggregated performance data helps us identify trends and refine features.

For Marketing and Promotions. We assess campaign performance and may offer relevant promotional deals.

To Maintain Security. Log and device information can help detect and prevent fraudulent activity.

Compliance and Enforcement. We may use personal data to enforce terms, fulfill legal requirements, and safeguard rights and safety.

Third-Party Integrations for Core Functionality. We partner with trusted platforms that are essential for delivering our services.

5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it in limited contexts to provide our services effectively and securely.

Service Providers. We may share your information with third-party processors for payments, data storage, analytics, and marketing, strictly so they can perform services on our behalf.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose personal data to comply with court orders, subpoenas, or other legal processes, or to protect our legal rights and investigate potential fraud or threats.

Business Partners. We may share non-identifiable, aggregated data with sponsors or co-hosting entities to assess community engagement and event outcomes.

6. USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our Online Services use cookies, web beacons, web storage, and unique advertising identifiers to analyze user behavior, enhance functionality, and personalize your experience.

Web Beacons: Transparent images that track your navigation throughout our services.

Web Storage: Saves data in your browser for purposes similar to cookies.

We use these technologies to remember your preferences, analyze usage patterns, and deliver relevant advertisements.

7. OPTING OUT OF OR LIMITING COOKIES

Browser Settings. Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can modify these settings to block or remove cookies. Instructions vary by browser (often found under “Help” or “Tools”).

Impact on Service. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality, as some features rely on them to function correctly.

8. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You may have the right to request information about your personal data, access it, or ask us to delete it.

Know and Access. You can ask for details about the data we collect.

Deletion. You can request that we remove your personal data, subject to legal constraints.

Non-Discrimination. We will not penalize you for exercising your rights.

California Residents. You may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, such as correcting information or restricting the use of certain sensitive data.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@showtimeflag.com. We will verify your identity as necessary.

9. COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES

As part of your child's participation in our programs — such as leagues, classes, practices, camps, and events — we may communicate with you through various channels to keep you informed and engaged.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receiving both essential (“transactional”) communications and marketing communications:

SMS Text Messages. By participating, you consent to receive text messages about schedules, event updates, promotional offers, and other important information. Message frequency may vary, and message/data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying “STOP” to any message; however, you may still receive essential (“transactional”) texts for critical updates.

WhatsApp Messages. You consent to receive WhatsApp messages, including group chats or direct messages for schedules, event notifications, and promotional offers. To stop receiving marketing messages from a specific group, simply leave the group. To opt out of all WhatsApp marketing communications (including direct messages), please contact us directly. Essential updates regarding your child's participation may still be sent if necessary.

Email. By providing your email address, you consent to receiving both marketing and informational emails about upcoming events, new program offerings, and related promotions. Message frequency may vary. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in each email. Essential service-related emails may still be sent if required for program participation.

Phone Calls. You consent to receiving phone calls for both program updates and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to receivemarketing calls while still receiving essential (“transactional”) updates, please email us at info@showtimeflag.com and let us know.

Essential (“Transactional”) Communications vs. Marketing Messages. Essential communications are critical, service-related updates about your existing purchases or registrations — such as schedule changes, safety alerts, or payment confirmations. These messages are necessary for the operation of our programs and cannot be opted out of. In contrast, marketing or promotional communications are optional and can be stopped by following the opt-out methods listed above.

Please note that opting out of marketing messages does not apply to essential/transactional notifications required for your child's safe and effective participation in our programs.

10. DATA SECURITY

We implement technical and organizational safeguards such as encryption (SSL) and controlled access. However, no system is entirely secure, and data transmission risks may persist. If a breach occurs, we will inform you and any required authorities.

11. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected or as required by law. This duration can vary based on contractual or legal obligations, such as record-keeping.

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our Online Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and platforms, each governed by its own privacy policy. We do not control their practices, so we recommend reviewing any third-party policies before use.

13. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Our primary operations are in Florida, USA. If you access our services from outside the United States, we take appropriate measures to ensure your data is handled securely and in compliance with this policy and applicable laws.

14. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Online Services after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
