NFL FLAG Tournaments

OVERVIEW

As an NFL FLAG league, we offer the exciting opportunity for players to participate in NFL FLAG Tournaments, an addition to our standard league activities.

I. REGIONAL TOURNAMENTS

NFL FLAG Regional Tournaments are part of a series of competitive flag football events held across the United States, aimed at players who participate in NFL FLAG leagues.

These tournaments serve as qualifiers for the NFL FLAG Summer Championships.

Competitive Division. Players from our league will compete in Regional or Super Regional Tournaments against teams with players participating in NFL FLAG leagues from around the country.

Recreation Division. Teams from our league will compete in Regional or Super Regional Tournaments against teams in other NFL FLAG leagues from around the country.

II. NATIONAL TOURNAMENT

The NFL FLAG Nationals for the summer of 2024 are scheduled to take place from July 18-21 at the Hall of Fame Village in Canton, Ohio.

This event will feature over 280 teams, comprising boys and girls who are regional winners from across the United States, each representing one of the 32 NFL clubs.

Teams that win at regional or super regional tournaments qualify to compete in this national event.

II. PLAYER/TEAM PREREQUISITES

Registration. To participate in a tournament with Showtime, players must be registered for the NFL FLAG Showtime League and be enrolled in the Travel Flag Football program for the duration of the season.

Attendance. Players are required to participate in a minimum of four league games within the same season.

III. PLAYER AGE REQUIREMENT

Age Cutoff (Spring 2024). The age cutoff for each division is January 1, 2024.

• 9U Division: Must be 9 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2023.
• 11U Division: Must be 11 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2023.
• 13U Division: Must be 13 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2023.

Age Cutoff (Fall 2024). The age cutoff for each division is August 1, 2024.

• 10U Division: Must be 10 years of age or younger as of July 31, 2024.
• 12U Division: Must be 12 years of age or younger as of July 31, 2024.
• 14U Division: Must be 14 years of age or younger as of July 31, 2024.
